Matrimony
The matrimonial covenant, by which a man and a woman establish between themselves a partnership of the whole of life, is by its nature ordered toward the good of the spouses and the procreation and education of offspring; this covenant between baptized persons has been raised by Christ the Lord to the dignity of a sacrament.
Planning Your Wedding
We’re excited to celebrate this special time with you! To help prepare for your wedding, couples are asked to meet with the priest at least six months before the wedding date. This meeting helps ensure your ceremony is meaningful and well-prepared. Please call the parish office, 714-776-0270, to set up an appointment with the priest at your earliest convenience.
Preparing for Your First Meeting
To make the most of your appointment, please bring the following documents:
- A newly issued Baptism certificate
- First Communion certificate
- Confirmation certificate
Important Note About Sacraments
If you have not yet received one or more of your sacraments, please inform the priest when you first call to schedule your appointment. They will guide you on the next steps you will need to take to prepare for your wedding.

¡Nos alegra acompañarlos en este momento tan especial! Para ayudar a preparar su boda, se solicita que las parejas reúnan con el sacerdote al menos seis meses antes de la fecha de la boda.
