The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) Please download the RCIA-Application and take it to the parish office. Candidates must be single or married by Church and be 18 years or older. 

THE CANDIDATES MUST BRING THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS TO REGISTER FOR ADULT RCIA CLASSES:

If you HAVE been Baptized and you need the Sacrament(s) of First Communion and Confirmation you need to bring:

Your Birth Certificate
Baptism Certificate
The application must be filled out exactly how it appears on the BIRTH CERTIFICATE, since this is a legal document, the information must be entered exactly in our parish records.
$100 Fee (Cash or Credit Card)
The Candidates must be single or married in the church to be 18years of age and older to sign up for the RCIA Classes and Adult Faith Formation. If the Candidate is living together or civilly married with their partner, they must first make an appointment with the priest to set up Marriage Preparation in order to sign-up for RCIA Classes and Adult Faith Formation.

Requirements for the Sponsors of the Candidates:

There must be ONE sponsor Male or Female.
The sponsor must be 18 years of age and older, Practicing Catholic and completed all Sacraments.
If the Sponsor is Single, we need the certificates of Baptism, First Communion and Confirmation.
If the Sponsor is Married, we need the Church Marriage Certificate or a picture of the couple and the priest inside the church.
The church will not allow Sponsors that are only married through the civil court, or have separated and are living with someone else that is not their actual partner.
